Spring is a nice time of year to check back in with that New Year’s Resolution to eat healthier! Our specials, along with our menu, are selected to not only match the season but to offer the most fresh, and organic, food available for that time of year.
This month our specials include a tomato basil soup and a spring mix salad with spicy pickled green beans, radishes, cherry tomato, topped with Parmesan cheese and lemon balsamic vinaigrette. If you’re feeling like you need a snack before dinner try our chicken lettuce wraps with sautéed veggies and citrus Hoisin.
I always love our popular pasta specials! This month our pasta special is a Caprese lasagna roll with marinara sauce. If you’re looking for that special dessert to follow, or if it’s just a dessert night, try our lemon poppy cupcake with raspberry cream cheese frosting.
Did you know we have a Gluten Free Menu? Last week a visitor came in with their dog and said, “thank you for having a dog friendly patio and a gluten free menu, there aren’t many places that have both!” We do our best to accommodate everyone at the Pub!
