Fellow Point Lomans, Sarah and Tucker Spear will join us on The Wine Pub patio on July 29th at 6 pm for a four course wine pairing dinner. They will walk us through their wine portfolio and how each wine is perfectly paired with delicacies from The Wine Pub kitchen.
1st course pairing: Watermelon and feta salad with ‘Enlightened’ Rose’
2nd course pairing: Lemon, Dill and artichoke crostinis with ‘Dreamer’ Viognier
3rd course pairing: Meatloaf with port mushroom reduction and crispy brussels sprouts with ‘Creative’ Merlot blend
4th course pairing: Choice of Black Beast or Banana Caramel Bread Pudding with ‘Brave’ Rhone Blend
